A BaySafe Security Consultant attends your property or business personally, assessing perimeters and entry points, lighting, sightlines, environmental protection, existing systems and local risk factors. Within days you receive a tailored BaySafe Protection Plan which includes your risk rating, prioritised security uplift recommendations, support guides and other key information to help you understand your risk factors and how you can mitigate them, and information for you and your loved ones or colleagues to refer to to further educate themselves.

Most existing systems can be outdated and lacking in updated technology, have camera and alarm coverage gaps, contain differing types of hardware that don’t integrate and work together and/or are unable to be connected to 24/7 monitoring services. An assessment tells you whether your setup actually protects you, existing compatible systems can be connected to further layered protection rather than be replaced.

That’s your call. Clients can action the recommendations themself, or have us manage the project and coordinate the security uplift project through our trusted, licensed installers. From there, clients have the opportunity to move into a BaySafe subscription for ongoing monitoring and/or patrol services. A single point of contact is available to the client throughout the whole process.

BaySafe is an independent consultancy. We assess what your property needs, then coordinate trusted, licensed, insured installers under our licence. Our advice isn't tied to any branded security products or companies.

Yes, we offer BaySafe Residential Monitoring, including 24/7 monitored alarms and CCTV with compatible systems that contain video verification technology, eliminating the likelihood of false alarms and unnecessary patrol callouts. There are opportunities to add patrol response as an additional protection layer, which is quoted at the time of engagement.

Yes. We assist subscribed clients with evidence collation and preservation, CCTV footage extraction, documentation and liaison with police and insurers where authorised, under our Victorian Investigator licence.
